My website is to advertise my building & Renovation business which is in France. I have a lot of photos on my website so people can look at the work i have done. It also helps people find out about my past experience and what other clients think of my work.
What inspired you to launch your own website?
I was inspired to launch my own website to futher promote my building buisness and create an interesting site where people can view my workand enjoy reading about my building and renovation business
When did you launch your first website, and what was it?
I launched my first website February 2009 and it is a website to advertise my building skills and building and renovation website.
How did you decide on a name for your website?
I decided on the name that best described my business (K.Taylor Building Renovations)and a name that was not to complecated
What makes your website different from other, similar offerings?
The way it is set out and the use of the photoghraphs also the useful information on it that can be gained by future clients & ease of use
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)
To gain work through it, thus gaining income also a place to keep a record of photographs of my work and experience in the building industry

Good have had work from it already and enquiries

Better Graphics and design

Advertising the website to get it up the google search and learning to build my own website

Links on other site and business cards with web address on and contacts
How has running your website differed from your expectations?
I have found it more enjoyable than i thought and was delighted with the end result, sense of achievement having completed it and the work you get from it.
How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?
Only a month, but intend to keep it going long term
