Name of your website?

Green Helping Hand

Your name?

Scott

Your Location (city, etc)

Salt Lake City

Please give us a short summary of your website?

Working to deliver eco friendly lawn, garden, and general labor services to the Salt Lake City valley. The website gives us an opportunity to give tips and info for greener living.

What inspired you to launch your own website?

The ability to reach all of the Salt Lake City Valley all within their fingertips without the high costs of other marketing venues.

When did you launch your first website, and what was it?

This site was launched in November 2008

How did you decide on a name for your website?

After several searches and talking with individuals Green Helping Hand fit our goal of being an environmentlly conscious company.

What makes your website different from other, similar offerings?

Offering tips and teaching others how they can DIY green living and lawn care.

What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

To grow the company where other individuals can subside from it while helping to protect the environment. To set up a store for US sales.

How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?

Profits have only went up since the implementation. Word of mouth and being able to use Google Checkout has only improved our profits.

If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?

More content articles.

If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?

I would need to hire others.

What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?

New equipment.

What has been your biggest challenge?

Not enough time in the day.

What method has been most successful for promoting your website?

Organic search.

How has running your website differed from your expectations?

no

How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?

2 months. Will continue to operate until the sale of company.

What other businesses do you operate.

Web services including hosting, design, seo, and sem. Currently on contract for several companies handling their SEM.

What is your website address?

Green Helping Hand
