We are the premier provider of property damage restoration services and information in the Phoenix Metro area, including the following:

Water Damage Repair, Mold Removal / Mold Inspections, Fire Damage Restoration, and 24 Hour EMERGENCY Water Extraction Service.

What inspired you to launch your own website?

Everyone knows that the world wide web is the main source to go to for information. So, when starting our business it was a no brainer to target that huge market share of people who would be searching for information and services relative to what we offer by launching a website that would supply that demand.

When did you launch your first website, and what was it?

My first website launch was for a previous employer in the same industry as the one I am in now.

How did you decide on a name for your website?

Our website name is longer than most but it says what we do so I ran with it.

What makes your website different from other, similar offerings?

Our website may not be too different than others... However, we offer a more affordable solution than most other companies in our service area.

What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

Our goal is to become the main consumer resource for the services we provide.

How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?

So far our success out wieghs our investment.

If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?

MORE MORE MORE of everything we thought would move us forward.

What has been your biggest challenge?

Challenges to me are opportunities to grow and so in that perspective I would have to say starting my own business.

How has running your website differed from your expectations?

With it's increasing performance I thought it would take more time and effort to maintain but it has actually begun to maintain itself.

It has been about 6 months and I will maintain it as long as my personal time will allow me to...
