Our website is very family-oriented, as well as our company. We care about our customers as much as we care for our employees.

What inspired you to launch your own website?

I really need to get more exposure-really get my name out

I first launched my own website about 2 months ago. One of them is http://www.eastvalleycleaning.synthasite.com

How did you decide on a name for your website?

It's my company name

What makes your website different from other, similar offerings?

We want our customers to be happy. 100% customer satisfaction! If you're not happy, we're not happy

What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

To be able to have highly qualified personnal underneath me.

How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?

Currently, I seem to be running out of time. It's definetely a circus act to try to juggle your own business and home too

If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?

I would use more outside sources. The advertizing would feel like more of an accomplishment.

If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?

I would be astounded and very willing to keep up with the high demand for customer satisfaction. It would give me ample opportunity to allow more family to join in the business.

What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?

There hasn't been any sort of unexpected costs that have risen as of this date.

What has been your biggest challenge?

Updating the current sites where I have placed ads

What method has been most successful for promoting your website?

I would have to say that it has been word of mouth and at times the pay per click ads that I post

How has running your website differed from your expectations?

I'm still learning how to build the websites, but it is running much smoother, now

How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?

I enjoy all of the above, so keeping up with the site won't be a problem at all

Where would you like to see yourself in the future?

In the near future, I would love to stop worrying so much about how things will get paid. It is a difficult time, but we are making it through it all
