It's quite difficult during oil price crisis nowadays but we believe in our profession to customers.

What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?
Some customers are not sincere and slow down in paying. The unexpected costs nowadays will be about increasing petrol price, increasing construction materials which are really difficult to calculate the Estimate well for customers.
What has been your biggest challenge?
About Micro-piling job which can help customer much, when their homes or buildings sink. We could work and help lifting the building up, while customer still stay in their places.
