Name of your website? Total Floorings.com Your name? Andrew Gary Cruise Your Location (city, etc) Nerja. Malaga Province Please give us a short summary of your website? We are a UK flooring company based in spain. Established in 1990. We can supply, install or supply and install wood, veneered, rubber, bamboo and vinyl flooring. We also stock a large range of tools and accessories. What inspired you to launch your own website? Much neede in todays times if you want your business to grow. When did you launch your first website, and what was it? About two and half year ago. www.totalfloorings.com How did you decide on a name for your website? Launched a new company name when we relocated to spain three years ago. So used the new company name for the web site name. What makes it different from other, similar offerings? We are the only company in spain offering the range of products that we do What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?) To keep growing and look to open more shops through out spain. As outlets for the company and our website. We currently have one shop. How does your investment of time and money balance against your success? At the moment i have invested alot of time and money getting this company and website off of the ground and our success is steadily grow as more and more people hear about the good quality service,value for money and quality products. If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site? I would be able to advertise exstensively. open other branches in major cities. Buy in bulk so we could then reduce the price we sell to the customer. If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand? YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with? TO MANY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What has been your biggest challenge? Moving to a new country and setting up a business that sells products that are not widely availible. What method has been most successful for promoting your website? word of mouth and advertising. How has running your website differed from your expectations? yes alot harder work than i thought ! How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity? The site will always be there for as long as Total Floorings.com is in business and that i see as longer than ill be alive. What is your website address?
