All City Furnace Cleaning has been offering quality residential and commercial furnace and air duct cleaning services to the Northeastern Ohio community since 1962. You can breathe easy with us!
What inspired you to launch your own website?
We will be adding many new products and services soon, including Do It Yourself products and training and a wide variety of products to improve the quality of your indoor air!
How did you decide on a name for your website?
All City Furnace Cleaning is a family-owned and operated business which was first established and given it's name in 1962.
What makes it different from other, similar offerings?
All City Furnace Cleaning is different because of our lifelong commitment to excellence. We take pride in our family tradition of providing quality service to you!
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)
We're in our third generation! We intend to keep going...
If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
We're moving more into the area of providing resources and education for people wishing to improve the quality of air that they're breathing. In addition to providing direct services, we hope to expand the products we offer, and also offer what someone would need to clean their own air ducts, or to help other air duct cleaning business get started by renting them equipment and offering products for them to use. We intend to use all natural, non-toxic, biodegradable products. Nothing else would make any sense! It is our hope to help people realize the true importance of really clean air.
If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?
YES!!!
What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?
In a family business? Are you kidding? LOL!
Actually, it's been extremely rewarding for us!
What has been your biggest challenge?

What method has been most successful for promoting your website?
We're just now getting set up with our website. Hopefully joining free listings like this one will help. We also have business cards and use other traditional means of advertising, such as the telephone book.
How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?
Even without a lot of traffic, having a website is still a good way to get information out to prospective customers just by handing them a business card. It's easier than carrying brochures around all of the time! So, we'll keep the website up regardless of traffic, although we're hoping the traffic is good.
What is the most rewarding thing about the work that you do?
It is very rewarding to be working with family, but it is also very rewarding to know that the service we provide is actually beneficial to people. We give a good service for a good value, and the friendships which have been built through repeat business have been very rewarding to us. Clean air is so important, and we like knowing that we could be contributing to the health and well-being of our clientele, and that we're helping them save money on their utility bills, too.
