With the cold temperature around the corner, people are starting to plug in their portable space heaters to stay warm. But using this heaters are dangerous most especially if not used properly.
According to the chief fire investigator for Savannah Fire Fred Anderson, the number one reason why portable heaters causes fire is because people keep them close to combustibles.
There are now several incidents where portable space heaters caused deaths to people.
