Wow! This is pretty interesting. I just happen to know this facts and I think, I am a side sleeper. I only knew that fluffy pillows is what I need. I actually am wondering that sometimes, I have a terrible body pain when I wake up early in the morning. Now I realized that it may be because of my pillow.
