Do you have a lot of ice cycles on your house? I know I do! The ice cycles on my house are huge! I can't even park in my own driveway. My driveway goes up between my house and my neighbors house. There is only enough room to fit a car in between the houses.
A week ago we got a bad snow storm that dumped around 2 feet of snow everywhere. I couldn't even go shovel my driveway because I was worried the ice cycles could fall on me! There temperature has been in the 40's for the past two days and they are starting to melt and fall off.
My neighbor whose driveway is on the other side of their house has to park close to her house because that's all the space she has to park. When she left for work today there was a huge ice cycle laying on the ground beside her car. This thind had to be about 10 inches thick! If that would have fell while she was getting in her car that could have killed her!
So what I did today was make snowballs and throw them at the ice cycles to try and break them down. Snowballs weren't working so I had to use big peices of ice cycle to throw and break them. I got the entire side of her house free of those dangerous ice cycles now! Be careful anytime your walking close to your house. You never know when the ice cycles will fall!
