    Rain and Melting Snow Caused Driveway to Sink

    With all this warmer weather melting the snow, the ground has been getting really soft. On top of all the melting snow we have been getting a lot of rain making the ground even softer. All this can cause gravel in your driveway to wash away or even sink into the ground.

    My driveway is in between my house and my neighbor’s house. It is only wide enough for a car to fit through. My driveway is gravel with two concrete runs where the tires on my car will drive. The concrete slabs are basically a sidewalk for the tires, with gravel in between the two concrete paths.
