What inspired you to launch your own website?
The love of home decor. It is an attitude, a philosophy and a lifestyle.
When did you launch your first website, and what was it?
The first website has always been www.timelesselements.com in 2003. This website has always been carrying exotic home decor and furnishings.
How did you decide on a name for your website?
www.timelesselements.com came from the concept of shopping for furniture is an attitude, a philosophy and a lifestyle.
What makes your website different from other, similar offerings?
Timeless Elements is an authorized dealer of many top decor and furniture brands. The company works with an experienced design team who constantly comes up with unique lineups of mirrors, planters, nightstands, desks and tables, storage and organizations, silk floral, treasure chests and trunks, room dividers, statues, classic models, candleholders, vases, pedestals, wall décor, bird houses which is capable of decorating your whole entire home. Available in large selection, the home decor and accent furniture products at Timeless Elements are characterized by excellent craftsmanship and design.

To be a one stop shop for home decor and furnishing products.
How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?
I never wanted outside control in decision making because I always care about products and services beyond any company earnings.
If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
I would make the site more interactive.
If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?
If www.timelesselements.com got really big, the company has to build its infrastructure around it. I believe in building the system first before even caring about profits. When a business owner cares too much about profitability from day one, he or she starts shifting focus from the main reason why the business was built in the first place.
What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?
Advertising for increasing traffic has always been a headache from day one. Running an e-commerce company takes lots of commitment and money to grow big.
What has been your biggest challenge?
The temptation of asking for outside funding. When profitability matters the most, you start losing the love and care for your customers. Timelesselements.com has always put its customers as priority.
What method has been most successful for promoting your website?
Word of mouth has always been the success for promoting www.timelesselements.com
How has running your website differed from your expectations?
From a one man operation to double digit number of staffs, this is definitely something I never expected. The site was founded based on hobby, now its my work and life.
How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?
www.timelesselements.com has been in business since 2003. My home is literally decorated with the products we carry online. Even if this site does not enjoy big gains, it will still carry on its culture and stay in business for the love of furniture enthusiasts. It has always been my dream to share with the world the products we design and carry.
What is your long terms goal for your company?
To be the furniture King online.
