What inspired you to launch your own website?
Websites are probably the strongest medium available now-a-days. Our current website is the original and we are in the process of updating it to make it more user friendly and have more user information available to answer all of our potential clients questions.
How did you decide on a name for your website?
Garador is the combining of "Garage" and "Door"
What makes your website different from other, similar offerings?
I do not think our website is different other than the need to update and expand as the business does. Once distributors, dealers, contractors and customers being to use the site and it becomes popular, we will strive to keep pace with features and benefits.
If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
Have available all the bells and whistles.
If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?
One would believe(know) with size comes exposure, with exposure comes sales, so just keep making a bigger and better site!
What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?
Headaches, I have no headaches. Costs on the other hand!
What has been your biggest challenge?
Controlled growth.......
What method has been most successful for promoting your website?
Places well if you google Garador Roll-A-Door. Also have used Craigslist and YouTube as supplementary methods.
How has running your website differed from your expectations?
No expectations. It is a powerful tool waiting to be discovered.
How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?
2 plus years. Success is at hand! Well we are already successful. Now we need to take it to the next level.
