This is a pretty simple website to present resources for people considering to get into this busines, or who already are and want to promote their business on the internet.
What has been the most difficult part of creating and running your website?
Deciding what to include and keeping it simple at the same time.

99.999999999999999% uptime!
What was your biggest mistake?
When I first started, I did not do things to promote it.
Who maintains your website and why?
Chicago Creative Design - http://www.chicagocreativedesign.com/ They gave us a real education on using the internet to legitimately promote a legitimate business. They have also made a number of websites for bathtub refinishers and other small businesses that have been very effective.

We enjoy the satisfaction of helping many people find a good business opportunity that is right for them.
What are your views on ecommerce and the future of the internet?
It is always growing. I don't know if many people even use the phone bood anymore!
What are your views on Search Engine Optimization (SEO)?
If you mean making a page to fool search engines to sending people there, we think this is disgusting. But legit things like creating a good listing in the meta tags, using google sitemap program and the yahoo verification process, we think it is good.
What are your views on Search Engines? Have they helped or hindered your website?
Getting more action from search engines has been helpful.
What method has been most successful for promoting your website?
Using online classifieds like this, trading links, and having our website submitted to 100+ search engines we didn't even know existed by ChicagoCreativeDesign.com have all helped a lot.
What method has been least successful for promoting your website?
Inaction.
What would you like to see change with respect to the internet?
Less abuse.
Why get into the refinishing business?
You can help save homeowners their hard earned dollars! I have presented a number of bids that were balked at due to price and by offering to refinish instead of replace a bathtub, I have been able to save those jobs for my company.
