    Name of your website?

    randrbathrooms.co.uk

    Your name?

    Mr Richard Ward

    Your Location (city, etc)

    Croydon, Surrey

Please give us a short summary of your website?

Bathroom Installation Service, caters for all bathrooms. Offer a full bathroom fitting service with experienced and fully qualified bathroom fitters.

What inspired you to launch your own website?

Best next move for our company for advertising the type of service that we provide and to broaden are clientel.

When did you launch your first website, and what was it?

June 2009 - Bathroom Installation and Design.

How did you decide on a name for your website?

R & R stands for Rest and Relaxation which is what we endevour to provide to our customers by incorporating it within the installation and design of our bathrooms.

What makes your website different from other, similar offerings?

More modern and user freindly with a Question and Answer page.

What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

    Keep it for income

How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?

Not so good at the moment due to the economic climate and hope by using linking to other websites we can enhance our positon on google so hence providing us with more wider customer base.

If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?

I wouldn't, I think it is great as it is. We could always jazz it up more with flashes and stars etc, but I beleive a good web site, is to the point, easy on the eye and user friendly whilst providing the customer with all the information that they need.

If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?

We may have to take on more work force but that really shouldn't be a problem.

What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?

Having to sort out links for website, but knowing its going to be worth it in the end.

What has been your biggest challenge?

Deciding on the design and waiting for the site to go natural on google.

What method has been most successful for promoting your website?

    Local advertising and Yell.com

How has running your website differed from your expectations?

We had expected more calls as soon as the site went live, but like all business we are feeling the economic climate.

How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?

3 months now, and will continue for the forseeable future.

Do you think your website covers all areas of business that you provide?

Yes from basic installation to complete rebuild and we have a portfolio of actual work we have completed and not downloaded pictures that some websites may use.

    What is your website address?
